I’m Bertie. 

I am a freelance creative working as a performer and puppeteer.

 

My work specialises in site responsive, immersive and outdoor performance. 

I have been lucky to have seen Tin Sheds journey from the very beginning. 
Over the years I have worked with them closely on a variety of projects and productions as a performer, deviser, helper and maker.

Such as, touring to festivals in Le Flea Du Cirque, to working as Assistant Designer/Puppetry Director on their production of Moby Dick. Through work with Tin Shed, I have also worked closely with Newport communities, schools and ‘Hatch’, their Youth Theatre group.

My many memorable experiences with Tin Shed have been invaluable in my growth and development as a freelance creative working in the arts.
