First performed in May 2011 as part of a collaboration with Damian Barr and Hendrick’s Horseless Carriage of Curiosity, Mr Edgar Allan Poe’s Terrifying Tales saw 3 consecutive sell out nights. Since its debut at the Brighton Fringe Festival it’s seen many changes and been performed in numerous venues for many different reasons.
Abney Park cemetery opened its old creaky cathedral doors to us for a one off performance to twenty adventurous people at the Stoke Newington Literary Festival.
Onward to a short tour in September, including a night at Aberystwyth as part of their Open Platform event, and a little airing in Birmingham.
The show saw its biggest outing yet when in October we adapted the piece to create an immersive theatre experience for audiences looking for a Halloween fix that was a little different.
